Ich war heute bei Ihnen essen. Wir mussten eine Viertelstunde auf die Speisekarte warten, bis wir uns entschieden haben, eigenständig welche zu holen. Dies hat die Kellnerin auch wahrgenommen, aber fühlte sich keineswegs angesprochen und kam auch nicht zu unserem Tisch. Nach 10 Minuten fragten wir nach, ob wir etwas bestellen können. Unsere Getränkebestellung kam unvollständig an und man musste selber nochmal nachfragen. My wife and I celebrated our wedding with our family and friends at the Meierei mid April 2017. It has been a great celebration, also due to the flawless and extraordinary service at the Meierei, which exceeded our expectations. The restaurant has been decorated in the most beautiful and elegant way possible (dishes and flowers). Last Friday I attended a wedding party in “Meierei im Bürgerpark”.The location is pretty nice and the food was really tasty, but unfortunately there was an incident that indicated lack of professionalism by the staff. Shortly after we left, and we were the last people to leave the place along with the bride and groom, I remembered that I had left my two rings on top of the piano. We immediately called and informed them of the fact, and we were promised that they would look to it first thing in the morning. Been going here on pretty much a weekly basis for nearly three years. The quality of the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant have been consistently very good. The only variable has been service times, but then the place is usually pretty full so you have to be patient on occasion. In general, I think one would be hard pressed to find a better 'all purpose' eatery or watering hole in the middle of a beautiful public garden. In the summer months, sit out the back and enjoy the lake view. In autumn, the front porch with heaters and a wool blanket makes for a good post-walk retreat. Meierei is gehuisvest in een geweldig ‘Zwitsers’ landhuis, midden in het Bürgerpark in Bremen. Tijdens een fietsritje ’s middags neergeploft voor iets lekkers en een drankje. Zowel qua eten als drinken ruime keuze. De bediening was vlot en heel erg vriendelijk. Niet gemaakt en overdreven, maar oprecht aardig en professioneel. Reden genoeg om dezelfde avond terug te keren om er wat te eten. De menukaart was overzichtelijk opgebouwd rond een beperkt aantal vlees- en visgerechten. De keuze viel op Knipp, de Schitzel en de Cheeseburger, alledrie met garnituur/groenten en bratkartoffelen/friet. Simpele gerechten, die echt prima smaakten. De bediening was weer vlot en prettig. Al met fijn gegeten!
Vom Parkhotel ist es ein wunderschöner 15-minuetiger Spaziergang durch den Bürgerpark zur Meierei. Dort erwartet den Hotelgast (und natuerlich nicht nur den) eine moderne Interpretation der deutschen Küche. Die Scholle war frisch und gut gewuerzt, die Sonderbeilage Pommes war leider ganz so, wie man sich Pommes eben vorstellt - sie hatten erher Potato Wedges Charakter. Der Service war charmant, das Ambiente neo-rustikal ... die Meierei - ein Ort so richtig zum Wohlfühlen!
I love this place. While the food is a little pricy, it's worth it for those special occasions. But don't let that prevent you from having a drink there as long as it's a schorle or a beer. There is indoor and outdoor seating with heating and blankets provided on the cold days. They are dog friendly and the service is impeccable and the view that stretches across the Burgerpark to the Park Hotel is unparalleled in Bremen. A definite must visit.
Auf der schönen Terrasse dieses traditionsreichen Hauses lässt es sich sehr gut aushalten. Der Service war freundlich und gut. Mein Essen (Matjes mit Speckbohnen und Bratkartoffeln) war ausgezeichnet. Leckeres Störtebecker Weizenbier. Der halbstündige Spaziergang vom Bahnhof durch den schönen Bürgerpark rundete den Abend ab. Ein schönes Erlebnis.

Mal wieder war der "Tanz in den Mai" dort angesagt. Die Meierei war in zwei Bereiche unterteilt VIP und NONVIP. Für beide Bereiche waren DJ's und Tanzflächen vorhanden cool ausgeleuchtet und passend zur Party. Gute Musik und kein Teenie Publikum. Die Preise Bier Becks 3€ Aperol Spizz 6€. Freier Eintritt.
