2 stars only because the friendly bartender attempted to resolve the issue. The problem? A $20 smoothie that arrived hot, frothy, and missing the ingredients I ordered and paid for, straight from a dirty kitchen. Judging by their menu, it’s clear they have no clue how to make smoothies—one has to wonder why they're even offered at all. Maybe it’s just a way to scam first-time customers like me.
