They only accept cash, which can be inconvenient in this day and age. The staff have limited English skills and can come across as rude. They also tend to overcrowd your plate when serving. Considering the prices and portion sizes, this seems unnecessary. Another downside is that they might charge you for the full price of a meal even if half of the dishes are unavailable. As it was fathers day today I decided to take Zdravko out for lunch. We decided to give Mekong Chinese a try as it has been a while since we ate Chinese. As it is self serving we choose the large plate for We choose, fried rice,Singapore noodles, spring rolls per person only chicken in plum sauce,steak in black bean sauce and stir fried vegetables. We had trouble finishing our plates. Mimi at the counter was very nice and polite and the counter spotless, will be back again.
Wouldn't recommend this place, food looks like its been sitting there all day. The rice was yuck, the only thing that was ok was the chicken wings. All in all dont think food should be left in the open, ppl can breathe or cough over...it or even flies. Should have windows right around and the staff to serve

I did not try all the shops, but I was disappointed by mekong eating was only warm and not a lot of variety in the type of dishes. we enjoyed what we had, but will try the others next time

I really appreciate the wide variety of Chinese dishes available at this restaurant. It's great that there's something for everyone. The taste of the food is absolutely delicious.
The food was awesome so many dishes to choose from would highly recommend best spring rolls I have ever had Very clean and friendly staff
