Not a great experience. Went for Saturday lunch. Saw our waitress rarely. At one point, there were 12 tables seated, and none of the staff was anywhere to be seen. No one was even in the kitchen. It took 50 minutes just to get our order. Asked for a box andour check as soon as the order hit the table, then had to flag the server back down to pay our check. There was a host, 2 cooks,and 2 servers. Seems like a restaurant on 280 should be better prepared for Saturday lunch service, and if the schedule isn?tfilled then the GM and/or owners should be in to pick up slack. The food was fine, but we?re eating more of it as leftovers thanwe had fresh because of how long it took.
The experience is rather hit-or-miss. The food is consistently top-notch, but the wait times can be excessively long. The staff's demeanor also changes; occasionally they are warm and welcoming, but at times they appear irritated to be on the job. On my last few visits, I ended up leaving before getting served. I can’t help but notice other customers anxiously scanning the room for their orders, which often leads me to seek out faster dining options elsewhere. Pizza shouldn’t take hours to prepare.
I recently tried the Merry Prankster pizza, and I must say, it was one of the best pizzas I've enjoyed in quite a while! I shared a large one with a friend, and we could only finish half of it. The white drizzle on top has a strong and rich garlic flavor that almost overshadows the pizza itself. However, when I reheated my leftovers, the drizzle melted perfectly into the cheese, making for an absolutely delightful experience. The service and atmosphere were wonderful, too. I can't wait to return!
I recently had the chance to try the vegan pizza at this restaurant, and I was truly impressed. They have a variety of options, including hummus, a vegan veggie pizza, and a build-your-own pizza featuring Follow Your Heart cheese, tempeh, or tofu as toppings. This is easily the best vegan pizza I've enjoyed in a long time, possibly even ever. Coming from California, where vegan pizza is abundant, that speaks volumes!

We were seated quickly, and the food was excellent. However, it seemed like my waitress only had two tables to manage. I ordered a water and a Coke, but both were mostly ice. I had to wave her down for refills. We weren't given any silverware at first, so I had to ask for some, and I ended up with take-out plastic utensils for my calzone. I also had to request parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.
I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for its incredibly fresh, clean, and delicious pizzas, hoagies, calzones, salads, and other menu offerings. The atmosphere is laid-back and tidy. The waitstaff is outstanding and friendly. My daughter has declared this her new favorite place, so it looks like we'll be coming here often! :-D

I wasn't impressed with the vegan options at this Mellow Mushroom location. I had to send my order back several times because it was made with dairy cheese instead of dairy-free cheese. I would suggest trying the downtown location for better service.

I was eager to try something different, and that's precisely what I experienced. I absolutely enjoyed the ambiance, and my server was incredible. I must highlight the Pineapple Express—it was so tasty that I couldn't resist ordering a second one!
The food was fresh and delicious. Our server, Maria, provided excellent service.
