Use to love this place, not sure what happened. Service, food and cleanliness is on the hill. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Two pizzas picked up the other day was a dirty mess that looks lok. daily cleaning practices are not present. The pizza made the whole family sick nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, cold and diarrhea. (Sorry if TMI) we called and had to leave a message with someone that they said that no manager was there and they would forward the message - not yet heard of them. Guess how their lack of standards and cleanliness, they could take less attention to making people sick with their food or even respond to any concerns. If you are understaffed that is not a problem bc most places are... but don't tell me that it will be another 10mins if u never even started my order.... the manger just told me to contact the app and you will return your money.. hahaha really nice way to take care of your business mistakes. This is our go-to pizza place. Every Friday we get a Switch It (cheese on crust, sauce on top), and a pepperoni. They have excellent fries, cheesesteaks, and sandwiches. During the winter I had their chicken noodle soup and it was really good.
Horrible customer service , hair in food ,Mel the owner refused to rectify the situation and said we would have to pick up a new pizza even though we paid for delivery. Just order from somewhere else honestly
