Arrived to a small and cold (in climate) location, and then was seated at one of the seven round tables (each of which seat 4). At first I was a little bit worried about the length of time you had to wait prior to placing the order (10-12 minutes), however, was impressed with the way the waitress was able to take the order without pen/pad. The salad was really fresh and delicious. The barbecue nachos were decent, but nothing extraordinary. The macaroni and cheese was a bit tough and chewy, though it had good flavor. Both the cheesesteak and burger I ordered were quite salty. On the bright side, the tomato soup was packed with flavor. However, I found the sandwiches to be overpriced for their portion sizes. The waitress was very friendly, but it did take the cooks a while to bring out the food.
I decided to visit this restaurant on a whim last Thursday evening. To my surprise, it wasn't as crowded as it usually is. The server was fantastic—very friendly and attentive, ensuring we never had to ask for refills. The food was a bit saltier than expected, but we took the leftovers home and enjoyed them for lunch the next day. They tasted even better than when we first had them!
Oh my gosh, I can't believe the food I received from Melt. The first waffle was burnt, and the chicken was overcooked and as hard as a rock. The syrup they placed in the lid spilled everywhere because it wasn't closed properly. Plus, the sauce that was supposed to be on the sandwich was completely missing. I'm truly shocked that this came out of their kitchen.

Delicious, unique food. I got the grilled cheese lasagna very filling. Some neat drink options as well. The server was very honest about how good (or not good) menu items were. My drink was a little overpriced and it was a bit chilly in the restaurant fans were blasting which made my food a bit cold but otherwise, a good hangout spot.
I come here every time I am in Cleveland for work. The service is good, prices are fair. The sandwiches are HUGE and very tasty. I had the pulled pork BBQ this time. I feel it had too much going on, will probably keep it simple next time. The watermelon salad is amazing
Huge servings little more on pricey side but well worth it. Always try and seek out a grilled cheese place on trips. Had the buffalo chicken chowder and Cleveland cheesesteak. Both very good. Also has good beer selection
Waitress was off today. My friends order all messed up n overcooked spicey. My food was good. Very small sandwich portions on both.
