My partner and I decided to try this restaurant after reading all of the great reviews and seeing pictures of the food. We traveled about 25 minutes from our hotel to get there. I ordered the Mac and cheese melt with sweet potato fries, while my partner got the Philly cheesesteak melt with loaded tater tots. We were the only customers in the restaurant, but there were a lot of orders coming in online. Our food arrived quickly and my Mac and cheese melt was absolutely delicious. The bread was amazing and the filling was hot and gooey. The chili cheese dip was also really good. I called to place an order and the woman who answered spoke as if she had to be elsewhere. She repeated my orders in breakneck speed. Nothing friendly,not even courteous. This is alarming as I didn't want my orders messed up. Thankfully it wasn't as I got there to collect but it was the same attitude I got. And there was just one other customer in there. It's a pity because the toasties are nice enough to warrant a other try. I'll just take my business to their Dundas Street location.
I'd seen rave reviews for this in the past so ordered food online. Was well worth the wait. Who knew some macaroni on bread could be so delicious. No idea what they do to the bread but it tastes so good! Reason for the star deduction is that I have had much better fries else where. However, I would highly recommend if you are in to a good toastie!!
Had seen the menu online and decided to forgo hotel breakfast for something far more moreish. Was not disappointed, reasonably priced and delicious I had the Philly cheese steak which was very tasty and filling. Partner had the eggs Benedict bun which he said was delicious. I would definitely recommend and visit again

I made the mistake of ordering a breakfast burrito and a side dish, only to realize I couldn't finish it all! The burrito was so big that it could last you all day if you wanted. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was really tasty. This place is perfect for a casual lunch.
Got a chili toastie and couldn't finish it. Bread damp and stodgy. Flavourless cheese. Just tasted of nothing really. Not gonna go crazy reviewer and say it ruined ma life or that but really wouldn't recommend it.
We had been wanting to visit this restaurant while in Edinburgh for a while, and we are thrilled that we finally made it. Look no further for the most delicious comfort food!
Order online. Prompt delivery time. Got the breakfast burrito. It’s falling apart. Grease dripping out. Disappointing. If I go back won’t be ordering that again.
