Meme's Café - Table reservation

On a Tuesday afternoon in Zion my stomach was crying for help as I hadn’t fed it for the last 15 minutes. Based on the sign out front, I knew MeMes would satisfy my tummy’s wildest desires. We had a fantastic dinner here tonight! Our server, Michele, was not only hard working but really helpful and funny. When I asked her to help me choose between two things she gave me her honest opinion which was to go for the unique choice. I’m glad I did because the Hawaiian pork sandwich had a great combination of flavors. She happily customized my side salad because there are several veggies I can’t eat. Very poor experience. Food was average, service was abysmal. 1. Server was very short and impatient with us. 2. Asked if the orange juice was fresh, and the server said yes. Was served canned orange juice. 3. Asked for decaf coffee, was served regular coffee. (Which I am not supposed to have for health reasons) Very disappointed after reading all the positive reviews.

The staff was very friendly but the food was so so. We both got the Savory Crepe, not sure if it’s just what we ordered. There was way too much crepe and hardly any filling. It was a bit dry so you had to use all the sauce they put on the outside to make it moist enough on the inside.
