Das Team von Sven Wasmer ist einmalig. Der Service unglaublich aufmerksam, hospitality pur, perfekt und eine lockere Fröhliche Art. Perfekt abgespielt mit der Küche. Das Essen wird sicher bald 3 Sterne bekommen. Die Handschrift von Sven die nicht kopierbar ist. Dessert beyond imagination. Grossartig und nicht zu übertreffen. Ich liebe es an der Theke zu sitzen und dieser einmaligen Professionalität zuzusehen.

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Besuch im Memories. Jeder Gang war wunderbar, alles lecker und kreativ. Super mit der Schauküche, wir könnten zusehen von unseren Plätze an der Bar, ein sehr tolles Erlebnis. Einen wunderbaren Abend mit den 12 tollen Gänge!
