Rainy night but i wanted an ice cream sundae. I have always wondered what Menchie's had to offer. The young ladies greeted me with a smile and showed me the ropes. I felt like a kid in a candy shop. I made my sundae treat with various ice cream flavors like new york cheese cake, oreo cookie, chocolate, and strawberry just to name a few. Then I selected my topping. There were so many to choose from including the traditional walnuts, strawberry and pineapple and younger folks like oreo bits, reeses pieces. My eyes were bigger than my stomach. So i took the remainder home and placedin the freezer for another day. Thanks ladies, I'll be back.
I recently visited Menchie's and while I understand the need for the toppings to be served in separate 2-ounce containers filled by the staff, I found it a bit frustrating. The containers are filled to the brim, meaning if you only want a teaspoon of sprinkles, you still have to pay for the entire 2 ounces. Additionally, the weight of the containers and lids isn’t deducted from the total when you check out. I ended up buying two ice creams and six toppings, which came to $28! I also had to throw away most of the toppings since there was way more than I could use in one serving. I won't be returning.
Pros: Clean, and employees are friendly. The froyo is okay, In my opinion it tastes like chemicals everytime I try it. I usually get the cake batter. Also, not a big fan of the toppings in the portion cups. Seems rather wasteful and The amount of toppings you get in each makes it sort of weird because some toppings I like more than others. It is pricey which is why an ice cream store like Cold stone or Soft serve like emmorton is better just because its a set price and you get more for your money. It is fun and it is a nice area to be in but I wouldn’t be a regular here because of a few factors
This used to be our favorite place, it’s FILTHY! Tables sticky, chairs stained, floor sticky, trash over flowing, bathrooms trashed and the soap dispensers broken, surely their machines reflect this inside. The girl at the counter wasn’t busy but couldn’t be bothered to clean up or do much really. Just standing there with no customers. Sad to see this place go downhill

I really enjoy visiting this place for frozen yogurt. My favorite topping is the popping bubbles, but I wish they would offer more than one flavor at a time. I tend to get pretty much the same order every time. The staff is always friendly, which is a plus!
I really enjoy their no-sugar-added chocolate frozen yogurt. The person working there is quite attractive, and I’m beginning to have feelings for him. I also highly recommend trying the frozen lemonade with a scoop of vanilla on top!
Who doesn't love delicious frozen yogurt topped with a wide array of choices, even if it comes at a higher price? It's the ideal way to indulge in all your cravings in a single delightful serving. Just pay and enjoy the treat!
