I'm going to be brutally honest in this yelp review. I am a broke 19 year old college student and I came in today to get some froyo with my younger brother. We both chose our flavors then proceeded to weigh our cups. It ended up coming out to about 26.5 oz. As the lady behind the counter was completing the process on her end, I could just tell that she knew I was about to be scammed. She kept her head down to prevent eye contact because she knew exactly how I felt about the situation. I was charged $19.90 for two small cups. Decided to stop in because of the nice weather outside, it was overall a nice trip, it was pretty busy but we were still in and out pretty fast, some of the flavors were running out/ empty but assuming alot of people came in today. We all still managed to find something we liked! The reason its 4 stars is because the floors were pretty messy with frozen yogurt/ toppings, i ended up stepping in it without realizing at first. But the staff was friendly with our group today!
I've been to Hunter's Square countless times and this was the first time I've visited Menchies. It's a cute little frozen yogurt shop. When I came in there was no one there. The employee gave me great recommendations for flavors to try (and flavors to avoid). I ended getting a cup of their dulce tres leches topped with Kit Kat pieces and marshmallow syrup. Very sweet and delicious! Also cheaper than any other frozen place I've been to. Highly recommend!
This location does a TERRIBLE job of picking flavors to put in the machines. As shown in my photos, the last time we were there they had 4 different flavors of chocolate. FOUR. Yet no strawberry or fruit flavors of any kind. This seems to be the case almost every time we visit. We won't be back. Go to the Grand River location instead, they have a much better selection.

I swear this place gets worse with every visit. For starters, clean the door!! I received an email that the flavor, cake batter was available as a vegan option. This location doesn't have it. I don't know why I expected it to have it. Why aren't all locations stocked! I had to drive to Novi which is 20 minutes away.!
Half of the flavors were empty and staff was off in the back chatting away. There was a couple waiting at the counter looking to pay. They could have just walked out. When one of the flavors dumped water in my dish i pitched it and walked out and during that whole process there was still no staff to be seen.
very average and a expensive. the lids dont fit and my yogurt fell on yhe ground and spilled because the lid was larger than the cup. would not return.
This shop has a nice selection of goodies. Nothing special tho. The staff was polite. Avg pricing. Could use a few updates

Nice, cozy place to grab a froyo.The froyo itself is good but i found it a bit liquidy than usual.Very friendly service!
Staff is nice and they are definitely turning that store around!
