I called to order food which is worth more than $350 for catering, the woman (owner) answered the phone and told me to “hurry up bc I’m taking forever” and hanged up on me- I called again, she told me “all I do is ask questions” ? I mean I’m ordering so much food I have to ask obviously and honestly it was not that long. this place might have good food (which I didn’t get to try and never will order here) she has no manners at all let a costumer service. I was trying to hold my tongue bc she sounded like a lola but daaang this woman is Bastos as hell!!! I could give -100 stars.
I called to order here for the birthday party of my father a month ago and we repeated our orders to the workers several times to make sure they get it right. when the day was to pick up our order, they forgot to make two of our articles, the fresh crawling and chicken kere, which was very frustrating since we were in the hurry. overall, her food was very flat and tasted not good. the costume service here is very unfit and bad. if I could, I would probably sue them and give them 100 stars!
2.5 stars. the food was good. the service was pretty slow. no sense of urgency. but the two were still nice people.
The food is amazing very authentic and the staffs are super friendly
