The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast included bagels, toast, coffee, and orange juice. It was conveniently located next to a fantastic restaurant called Across The Street Pub, yet it was surprisingly quiet despite the proximity to the pub. The shower was spacious, and there was an ample supply of hot water. We stayed in room 137, and I appreciated the additional security provided by the outside door, which required a key card for entry. My only complaint is that the heater/AC unit in our room was a bit noisy. Overall, I believe it was a great value for the price we paid.
We had reserved this in advance through a third party. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were told that the hotel was overbooked and our room was being canceled since we had not prepaid for the hotel and chose to pay upon arrival. It was late and there were not many other options in the area. Very disappointed at the unorganized and overbooked system. Make sure you call before arriving to make sure they have a room for you.
I stayed 1 night here. The room was clean roomy, although the view outside the windom wasn't exciting. The toilet shower were good the TV allowed me to watch the Florida State/LSU football game. Breakfast was basic, with bread bagels for toast, orange/apple juice from a machine, coffee. Checkin was easy. The price for what was included was fair.
Exceptional accommodations and service throughout! I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to other parents with children attending SUNY Albany. The quick snack options for on-the-go were very convenient. The pricing was just right, considering all the other expenses that come with sending your child to college.

The staff was incredibly polite and friendly, and the place was very clean. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast was somewhat lackluster, offering just bagels, toast, tea, and coffee. Don't forget to ask for the Wi-Fi password at the front desk!
I think we’ve stayed here before but this time I just found it shabby and rooms smell stale. Bed was ok so essentially that’s the most important but even blanket looked too worn. Rug was frayed going into bathroom. And don’t get me started on ‘breakfast’. Spend a little more and go elsewhere.
It smells badly throughout the hotel .the hotel building is old and there was smell of either pesticides or garbage. I reported to the manager who shifted me to the extension area but while walking in the hallway it smelled bad
Disrepair, smelly, sketchy property in desperate need of updating. Would not return. We stayed 2 nights and glad to have left soon after. Management needs to overhaul the entire property, landscaping and parking

I bet that this was a nice place in the 1980's. Now it's run down used up. The ice machine was broken. The coffee maker in my room was broken. The parking lot was a mess, including a old stolen grocery cart.
Bhavik was an absolute gentleman. Gave me an excellent room, and fixed my microwave immediately when I reported an issue. Great guy.
