My grandfather, Kevin, is my chef. Over the years, he has prepared all sorts of dishes, including delicious pork and chicken. His Beef Wellington is to die for—it's hard to imagine getting meat from anywhere else! You never have to ask where the pork is; it’s always perfectly cooked and flavorful.
