I went to this restaurant for lunch with a group of friends and we received exceptional service. The chef, Oli Harding, personally delivered a wonderful menu to our table with a smile. The food was a mix of innovative flavors and textures, beautifully presented. Our waiter was polite, attentive, and helpful. Thank you, Mercuri, for a fantastic afternoon.
The sashimi was very good, the ravioli as well and the dessert too! In fact the food and the atmosphere contributed to make us have a good time, especially since I am doing a month without alcohol and I still had the chance to taste a non-alcoholic cocktail which was very good.
Very slow service. Wood grill was not working. One server for the whole room. Waiter did not mention that soup and salad included with table d'hôte. I wanted to pay in cash but waiter had no money. I have never seen that
They should never have accepted reservations. The restaurant is barely open...featured fire grill closed. They had tables filled with patrons.we got up and left before we even ordered. Was most disappointed Book a table now
