Great experience! Best White Russian I have had in a long time. You must try the Hemingway Martini-absolutely devine. Food was great. The bone in rib eye, crab cakes and Filet Mignon was pretty good. The only not so good, was when we asked for the remaining food not eaten, the mushrooms, lobster Mac and cheese, to be boxed up, it wasn't. For expensive as this food is, this should have been boxed up when asked....soooo...if you have remaining food and want to bring home (even had some pieces of my ribeye missing, I was bringing for my pit mix) perhaps ask the server to have a box, so you can box up yourselves, or else you may be disappointed as we were. The stunning views at this restaurant are simply breathtaking. They've turned a conventional downtown office building into a refined dining venue, featuring soft piano melodies in the background that create a tranquil and romantic atmosphere. My partner and I chose the land and sea sampler, and both the lamb lollipop and filet cigar were incredibly tasty. For the main course, we were told to try the house specialty, elk, and it did not disappoint—it was exceptional. If you're in the mood for drinks, the Jaffar is a great pick for those with a sweet tooth, while the cucumber gimlet offers a refreshing alternative. All in all, I would rate this dining experience a perfect 10 out of 10.
Mercury Chophouse Arlington is a stunning restaurant overlooking Arlington’s entertainment district, offering an exceptional ambiance. The atmosphere is enhanced by pleasant music and a live piano bar. My husband and I started with Caesar salads from the menu, which were absolutely delicious. I chose the broiled trout, cooked to perfection and beautifully presented, while my husband enjoyed a New York strip steak, also flawlessly prepared. We shared a side of Brussels sprouts that were equally impressive. This spot is ideal for a romantic dinner or a special celebration. The wine and gin and tonic were both flavorful and refreshing, rounding out a wonderful dining experience.
We were rather disappointed in the table we were seated. It was not a full restaurant and we were seated away from a window but I suppose that was fine because all we had a view of was the freeway. We were placed at one of the shared two tops with a couple of businessmen right next to us, not exactly a romantic spot for our 15yr wedding anniversary. The service and food was wonderful as always. We were just kinda bummed by how we were seated.

The "special" of the day was a steak sandwich that was mostly bread, with very little steak. The Caesar salad was excellent, scoring a 9 out of 10, and I wish I had ordered a larger salad instead of the main course. The ambiance was nice, though.
Excellent food with a great view and great service. I had the elk which was superb. Everything we had was top notch and we left stuffed. Great selection of drinks as well. We will be back.
We love visiting Mercury Chophouse in Arlington to celebrate special occasions and enjoy the experience with our friends. Our dining experiences there are consistently satisfying.
We celebrated our daughter's 23rd birthday, which was her first time dining here. We had a wonderful experience, and our server was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to.
