The food was nice, but in my opinion a bit overpriced, even for Zürich. For example the entrecôte was served with French fries that seemed to be previously frozen, and the dessert of the day was a cake I personally have enjoyed at my workplace cafeteria. The escargot was good. Unfortunately the service was quite bad. The waiter assigned to our table was at times loud, attention-seeking, and insensitive (for example he made an inappropriate comment about the physical appearance of one of my colleagues). The service was also slow, and despite this our waiter made a few mistakes (for example mixing up orders and dropping espressos onto the floor). It is a shame, because the other waitstaff who...
Simply a perfect, exemplary overall package of performance. We were 5 people. It started with the friendly welcome, the accompaniment to the table, the attentiveness, confidence and friendliness of the serving staff and the excellent, tasty food! Plus the inspiring ambience.
