We were looking for a place to eat when we just arrived in Castellón around 3 in the afternoon, and we were lucky enough to find a table at this place. They had a pretty complete menu for 11 euros. First we ordered paella, which by the way was very delicious and has nothing to envy of other super expensive restaurants. In fact, this paella was tastier than others we tried in supposedly better places. For main course we ordered chops and chicken. It is true that the chicken was not very good, but the chops were a success. For dessert, fruit and homemade curd. The service was good, the waitress was very nice and the service was fast.
We ate from the menu, first an incredible soupy rice, like the one at home, and secondly something as simple as sausages and grilled chicken that was great. Just like the carajillo. The service, pleasant and very attentive. Very, very good. P.S. The rice was so good that I didn't have time to take a photo We ate again the next day, and was surprised again with a stewed cuttlefish, paella, and grilled secret with pepper sauce
I have gone three times, the first two simple food but in relation to the price it is normal. The problem arose the third time, I asked for the second monkfish with sauce... the dish came with two small portions that between the skin and the bone you could not guess the meat. We made the claim at the time and we were treated in a rude way by the waitress. We won't be back.
It's not bad, it's got some good snacks, it's gonna have to taste the meat to the pancake and I've made another valuation.
