We went to our 5 and 12-year-olds. We had booked a table and they gave us the center of the living room. We were very agusto and the service was fast. tables with paper tablecloth and rich homemade food. We asked for rations to share and the one that most got us was the chipirones. the ear to fair we tried it for the first time and it was tender, we ordered croquettes and vines. The waiter was very friendly and advised us not to order salad until we found it fit. Just keep in mind that, as in other places, they put a basket of bread without having asked for it and then they charged it at the price of 2 loaves of bread per person. We were a group of 12 who enjoyed lunch at Mosteiro yesterday 18th November 2022 The Menu Del Dia was only 10 Euros, and the quality of food was very good. Frist course included a fresh tomato and jamon salad, lentejas and lasagne, all of which were delicious. Segundos included roast chicken thigh with friend potatoes, which was absolutely perfect. Other choices of fish and ternere Milanese were also good. The price included a good selection of desserts, wine, and coffee. Juan, the chef/owner provided very good service and treated us all very nicely. It is a lovely family cafe at the heart of our village, and it is well worth a visit.
Lovely staff, nice selection of wines and tapas, the usual Galician restaurant fayre. I would have given 4 stars for the bar but only 3 for the restaurant given the choice. What was on offer was cooked well but one tires of the same old same old wherever one goes.
