The restaurant is located at an altitude of almost 600 metres and the view from the panoramic window back to Ubrique is very nice. This is a large restaurant. The menu is typical of Sierra de Cádiz (no fish). Portion sizes are on the large side and prices are very reasonable. The menu is in both Spanish and English so no worries if your Spanish is not fluent. Waiting staff are friendly. The machine to read cards was not working. No coverage. Not sure if this is a permanent feature or if we were unlucky. Take cash just in cases! Set your expectations on reasonable for food quality and you will not be disappointed. Worth another visit just for the view. Portion sizes
This is local for us but that doesn't make the views any less staggering! This is a fun place to go and is great for larger groups as the main dining hall (and it is a hall) is large and spacious. The views from the hall are fantastic with the biggest glass windows I've seen. The food is very good and I would most certainly recommend people try the sopa de ajo to start with followed by the presa steak with jamon on top. The breakfasts are also very hearty, particularly good after a morning walk in the nearby woodlands.
sale highly recommended for your environment and your typical food. the attention quite good, we have lunch in the living room next to the fireplace and with amazing views. very well scrambled and especially the meats both the wild boar and the spectacular single-millo balf!
We stopped here for a quick drink a snack the food was very good. We did not eat in the main restaurant but the views from there were stunning.
