Brought my 5 year old nephew here and we both enjoyed ourselves! Theres and indoor play area near the restaurant if you need to pass some time or sit down to eat. The submarine was great and the staff were very informative. If you pay to get in once it gives you a free membership for the year to come back as many times as you want so good value for money! There's a lot to do there so no time to be bored. There are lots of interactive activities to take part in whilst you are learning about them. We learnt loads and had fun exploring the boats!

excellent historical museum. the dockyards and exhibits are really extensive. we spent the day there and did not make half of it. so glad we have an annual ticket so that we can come back another day. the interactive and informative exhibition, ropery, submarine and the caffe. all well. I can't wait to come back.

I forgotten how lovely and interesting this place is. A great range of activities and a very knowledgeable and helpful members turned our school trip into really hands-on history lesson. Will definitely go back in a less official role as the range of boats, ships and historical artefacts is worth to be explored.
