we stayed in a hotel near and were out of sightseeing, but always tired and cold, we decided to try to eat somewhere nice. close to there are many 'exotic' restaurants to choose, but we have fanned something more traditional. on which, it was quite early and most places were not yet open ... we went before 'metis', who tried us with his interesting 'panish' windows and warm interior, and the very friendly parasol let us in ... we were thrilled, and immediately felt delicious that we 'd the right choice the specialities on the board noticed fabulous and in the did everything we decided to eat in the evening!

they need to note that this place is not the lunch menus only a la carte, even on the table. is that a conus? probably not, but you can easily forget. for beginners I had at least 3 days old nems: two. this small for 9 € so less than “appy! next poached fish on over boiled bed of the lauch and for pudding a lemon meringue tart straight from an industrial kitchen that drops with sugar, although fair it was king size, although tasty not if they like pure sugar. decor is sombre, seats are worn, but in comfort the service is friendly, but that does not make for eating or decor. best looking everywhere.

Ate here on our first night in Paris as it was close to our hotel. Had an absolutely amazing meal, made even better by the wonderful waiter! Being Scottish we had very little understanding of the menu so the waiter happily went through every item...on the menu and made recommendations! As the title says the food was phenomenal and the atmosphere in the restaurant was wonderful!
