Solch ein Satz in einem Arbeitszeugnis bedeutet „…wollte konnte aber nicht“. Den Eindruck habe ich vom Metropolis in Mannheim auch. Wir waren an einem Sonntagabend mit vier Personen dort. Das Restaurant war ziemlich leer, was mich im Nachhinein nicht verwundert. Die Betreuung bzw. der Service ist stark verbesserungsfähig. Ein freundliches Lächeln allein genügt nicht.Beispiele: Wir haben Wein im Glas bestellt. Die Bedienung brachte die Gläser und fasste sie oben am Rand an und stelle sie vor uns hin. Die Einrichtung ist stimmig und lädt zum langen verbleiben ein.Der Service ist sehr sehr freundlich und kümmert sich sehr gut um einen.Das Essen ist sehr lecker, qualitativ hochwertig und wurde unglaublich schnell an den Platz gebracht (Wartezeit für eine Grillplatte für 2 Personen max. 10 Minuten)Der Preis ist für ein Steakhouse absolut in Ordnung und die Qualität des Essen rechtfertigt die Preise auf jeden fall (Gesamtkosten für 2 Personen mit 2 Gläser Wein, Flasche Wasser und Grillplatte ca. 74€)
Waren im großen Ganzen zum Schluss sehr zufrieden,Unser 3. Besuch.Da mein Freund Ramadan macht und das Essen pünktlich um 21:39 auf den Tisch musste , war das Fleisch etwas durch .Aber man hat die Reklamation direkt angenommen und wir bekamen sofort eine neue Platte .Dies war auf den Punkt, und sehr sehr lecker .Auch bekamen wir zusätzlich süsskartoffel Pommes zusätzlich.Die Bedienung sehr freundlich.Gerne wieder
Wir waren mit einer Gruppe dort essen,Bedienung ist sehr nett ,getränke kamen sehr schnell und auch die Gerichte waren schick angerichtet-qualitativ hochwertig und lecker.Wer ein gutes Steak mag wird hier fündig,unterschiedliche Größenund Beilagen können gewählt werden.Eine gute Wahl in Mannheim.
Ambiente molto accogliente e curato nei minimi particolare cosa che però non si può dire anche per il cibo. La specialità qui è la carne ma nulla di così eclatante considerando anche il fatto che i prezzi sono considerevolmente alti.

Von einem Steakhouse erwarte ich eine kompetente Fleischqualität und -zubereitung. Beides war hier überhaupt nicht vorzufinden. Die hohen Preise sind absolut nicht angemessen, der Service war dennoch gut.
