. Totally unprofessional customer service by the old lady(I guess she is the owner). We went there by 11.20am was told by a girl at the front that they would start serving lunch only by 12 (and that in the meantime we can order some coffees) as the owner old lady intervened n told that they can take the food order by 11.45am. We decided to stay as it was a 20 min wait and ordered drinks for us. At 11.45 as I waived at the staff, the same girl comes tells us they can only take order by 12 as she said initially. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at this cafe in a leafy area of Rouse Hill, away from the hustle and bustle of the shopping centre area. We arrived for a late lunch just after 2pm and were pleased that they still had the full menu available we were a bit worried about the kitchen closing in advance of their 3pm close time, so stoked there were no issues. I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken shish and pita, and my partner said the beef burger was good also. He paid $5 extra to add halloumi and was surprised at how much he got! Visited for lunch with our fur baby, service was quite good, food was hit and miss, the calamari was lovely but the chicken and cheese wrap a bit ordinary. Both came with chips, myself I would have preferred a thick cut chip instead of French fries. Thought $23 for a wrap with a bit pricey The way to pay for meal was very un social distancing, you had to squeeze down a very narrow space and anyone lining up behind you had to reverse out before you could leave
Excellent customer service and great food. The location is great to catch up with friends and the food and coffee is fantastic for the price!! It was very busy when we we arrived but no trouble to order food and the service was outstanding. I found the staff from the counter and kitchen to be attentive and caring. We will be back and so will my family and friends.
