Mezeh Mediterranean Grill (the Mall At Prince George's)

We ordered 3 bowls via door dash. Delivery was excellent. Unpacking our food, he first thing we noticed was that the bowls were not full and I am comparing them to what we received last month, which was the exact same order. We were supposed to have 2 8 oz. basmati rice, they clearly put the rice in 2 oz container, shorting us on a main ingredient. Sauce was missing, and the 2 that we did get, were half full containers. We attempted to call Mezeh, but when you hit #5 to get a person, you get sent back to the beginning of the call menu. There is no customer service number. We want to support keeping businesses open and those working. We could have picked up our order but wanted to support tho...

I Went to get food after work , and Noticed A Really Great employee being an absolute beast on holding down the front of the restaurant, he was grilling, doing the cash register, preparing food as well and even had time to tend to the customers with Great Customer Service???? the man?s name was Ronald and he deserves recognition for sure. The Food was Also very good as well Mezeh is Great ????

Just had the best service by Jerome! Sorry if I?m spelling the name wrong. He was just extremely polite and really helped me navigate all the choices as it was my first time. I haven?t event even tried the food yet, but his service would make me return. Thank you

Love this place !!! The service is always fast, this location is super clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great as well amount all the other shops and stores. Definitely will be going more often !!!

Love this place so much. Went there at least four times if I remember correctly but every time the food is great. The caramelized eggplants and olives are my fav toppings.
