exceptional service and hospitality, friendly, efficient staff. aesthetically pleasing environment with seating in the interior and soft classic Greek music completes the experience. fresh home cooking and authentic South Greek cuisine, with classics such as κεφτεδάκια [meatballs] and κατσικάκι [braised goat], and all 's charling Greek lemon potatoes. the μπακλαβά [baklava] was a standard for our end of the meal desserts. wine list and traditional Greek aperitif ouzo and Μαστίχα to awaken their taste buds or a nightcap. we have made this for the majority of our time in hobart. I recommend mezethes greek taverna.
We had the most amazing dinner at Mezethes Greek Taverna yesterday! Not only the food was amazing and really delicious but also the atmosphere of the restaurant is TOP! It's like being in Greece! And the staff service was extra. Everything was authentic and really great. Also we had a big group and Nastacio was so accommodated, we were so well received and we couldn't have hoped to be treated better. I would recommend this place for any occasion dates, family dinners or big group dinner parties! Thank you for having us and all your patience with our big group, you made our night memorable <3
eat that really a dance of taste from spice and fire. what an amazing experience for a cold rainy day, connected with the warmth of the service of their personal. although they may have to wait for eating when it is busy, the creation of appetitgeber available and the scenic personal atmosphere gives time to with those with whom they dinning. overall highly recommended!
Tremendous food and service. From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted. Terrific menu and a variety of options for starters and mains. We opted for the Octopus grilled, dolmades and a shared meat platter for two. All in all we would highly recommend Mezethes for a great meal and night out.
