I had a 3-night stay last week with my wife and my 2 young children. On the first day of our arrival, at 7pm a member of the hotel hits our door to tell us that the guests below complain of noise. This remark put us in an uncomfortable situation where we felt spicy and we feared the noise caused by the crying of our children. The room service is deplorable: The choice is extremely limited by lack of supply. We don't eat meat. He only offers us mackerel. Very nice hotel well located, for us what made the difference and from far was the friendliness and availability of staff. All of them were in little care, smiling and coming, and that makes all the difference. We will return with pleasure.
