We had to go somewhere else in the neighborhood and were looking for a place to eat nearby. El Salvadorean? Never had it, should we try it? Why yes, we should! And so should you. Here's why: 1) What's a pupusa? It's a very delicious corn based tortilla thing with cheese or meat or both in the middle. Kind of like a sealed single serve quesadilla. And when you place your order, if you sit facing the kitchen you get to watch the very nice ladies make your pupusa fresh right in front of you. It comes with this pickled probably carrot (I forgot to ask) slaw and you must put it on the pupusa because it ups the deliciousness. 2) What's birria? Well, it's a delicious beef stew, but not like a runny...
I came here months ago with my family, my wife and I both got an order of birria tacos each, and my daughters ordered the quesa-birria and a steak burrito. The food was absolutely phenomenal and the service was excellent. Although it is a small restaurant, the staff made sure to accommodate our party of four. Price wise it is on par with other establishments that offer the same cuisine. I would argue that the food here is more worth the price you pay. After just one visit, I would say that they have my vote for best birria tacos in New Jersey. It is a hidden gem and I’d recommend it to anyone.
First of all, the customer service is amazing! I called the restaurant to place a delivery order and even though it wasn’t a big order they still made it possible and delivered it to my hotel and I am beyond thankful for that! I ordered some cheese and jalapeño popusas and they did not disappoint, they were delicious and I was very pleased with my order : Definitely will be a place to eat everytime I visit!

Worst Al pastor burrito I’ve ever tasted! The first bite I took I could tell something was off.. tasted like canned pineapples in my burrito..The taste was definitely NOT authentic at all. Server didn’t even pay attention to us. Me and co worker left the whole meal after our first bite. I do not recommend this place.
We called to see if they had service, telling us that they closed at 3am, we drove for 30 minutes and when we arrived at 2:09am they told us that they were not going to serve us. We have no problem with the one handled, but it is unprofessional that they waste our time. I attach a photo of the call we made.
I am Vegetarian she specially cooked fresh best Veg Quesadillas, i have never tasted so delicious it was one of the best. Best thing is they give the fresh.
