Limited by travel as of late I agreed to try a new place my husband found on Yelp for a late lunch. I ordered takeout, 4 different dishes just to try a few different items on the menu. I 'm not sure if this establishment has dine in option as I did not pickup the order. The Mofongo de chicharron, which was overall fine, the sauce has a lot of good flavors. However, I have to mention that at the center of the mofongo there was a large piece of pork skin that was not mashed that was over an inch long. I absolutely adore this restaurant! My workplace selected it for Appreciation Month. The chef and cashier were incredibly kind and accommodating, even preparing Eggplant for me outside of the normal lunch hours. The dishes were delicious, although I do wish the beans had a thicker consistency. Despite that small issue, the meal was definitely worth the price - I felt like I got great value for my money. I will definitely be returning, especially since Eggplant is one of my favorite vegetables. They also offer a variety of vegetarian options, including Eggplant.

I'm from QNZ, NY but living in the area so I know my Dominican food. The food slaps pretty good. Rice was homemade, I can tell. Chicharron was perfect just like the bodega down the block back in the hood. Beans were great. I'll be coming back often. Don't sleep on this spot.

I have ordered from this restaurant several times and the food is consistently fresh and tasty. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. If you haven't tried it yet, I recommend giving it a try - you won't be disappointed!
Amazing food and reasonable prices. I thoroughly enjoyed the diverse cultural experience, especially trying the delicious Dominican cuisine. Food rating: 5 out of 5.
I would give this restaurant 5 stars if they didn't add a tip themselves. One time I went and just signed my receipt. The food was excellent, 5 out of 5 stars.
