Miami Soul Cafe was everything I read in its reviews and via word of mouth. I was greeted upon entering, and a waitress pleasantly presented herself almost immediately. I ordered Cafe con leche, and decided to venture out my comfort zone to try the Oxtail with grits, for breakfast. The coffee arrived in just a few minutes, in a cup that easily held two cups in it. The Oxtail dish was very good. The meat was tender and the grits were plentiful as well. The waitress was attentive throughout the meal. Eating was great... old school music was tight... and the prices were right!
The food was delicious. I recommend this point and her oxtail and grottos.
