Been going here for a while and after a while noticed weird amounts charged to the card. Last time I went I got charged a 10 dollar tip on the card and someone forget the signature when I left the tip cash even tho u got my own drinks since nobody cared about coming to the table. Called and told the guy on the phone what happened and he didn’t even care about giving a solution to the problem but he just went ahead and told me that there is nothing he could do because they already batched the credit card machine.
I really enjoyed this restaurant that also doubles as a cigar bar. They have a great variety of cigars and a good selection of beers. The atmosphere is fantastic and I especially loved the live music they offer a few times a week.
This restaurant is truly a gem in the heart of Worcester. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, especially when it came to lighting my cigar. They didn't make me feel foolish for needing assistance.
I had a fantastic time at the restaurant! The atmosphere was wonderful, the staff was friendly, and the entertainment was top-notch.
