in Michels-Star something that is not easy: a balance between the Franconian cuisine and the high standards. Outside, this is also on the map where these two poles reflect in the classic (e.g. sour roasts with homemade beats and fine stars (e.g. chop of Iberico pork with potato gratin and cream wesing). The wine map seeks the same, and despite the great variety, is always suspected that the larger number of fine drops is not on the map; I therefore strongly recommend that the recommendations of the House be adopted. Conclusion: good food, great wines super service
