Middlebrook Estate is a nice, quiet winery, which is situated away from the main road and other wineries. For this reason it may not be as well known and frequented by people as other wineries.We decided to try it out for a long and lazy lunch after viewing the menu on their website. We opted for an antipasto plate, entree ravioli and cheese platter for two. We thought we'd have lunch and a tasting at middlebrook just because it was there at the right time. Oh if i could turn back time (insert cher here). The grounds and builing are beautiful but that's all folks. We walked in and the manager told us it would be half an hour wait minimum for food but we were ok with that. She really did not want us there because she was so full, I'm not kidding there was two tables of about 5 or 6 people and us two. We should've heed the warning. The place is really nice, professional Lady/Owner was helpful , I know their wines are good though my guests did not purchase any, the restaurant is a nice day experience , no too loud yet a bit too quiet and needs some restaurant style music either louder or in the correct places, this will make you feel like your not the centre of attention, gardens are great and keep in mind this is a family owned business that have worked very hard, I know this from one of their cousins. Nice for a romantic dinner and a mature place, that for me is perfect, wine is good and fire place is warm.
My husband and I were there to eat on Sunday 31st July with a group of 57 people from a Beefsteak and Burgundy Club - what a beautiful environment, excellent food and great service. What a lovely venue to hold a wedding: a wedding in the rotunda surrounded by well kept lawn, vineyards followed by the reception in a beautiful atmosphere inside with excellent food. Could also hold a meeting or conference in the ba k area set up theatre style then go into a separate room set up for lunch or dinner. Great place.

Recently four of us had a fantastic meal at Middlebrook Estate. Great food. Staff couldn't do enough to make our experience enjoyable. Our meal was very reasonably priced. I will be recommending friends and family to dine at this venue. We will be visiting again!
Where can i start food was outstanding, flavoursome and didn't take to long to come, staff was very nice and freindly, made sure we had everything we wanted to ensure a good dining experience, definitely recommend coming here such an amazing atmosphere!
My partner and i went for lunch on Sunday it's a beautiful setting among the grape vines We had a table by the window with beautiful views.The food was magnificent the service was just as good.Well done we are so looking forward to going again

Was there for a Lions Handover Dinner. Meals, staff and Venue were excellent but they were slow in bringing out the food for 100 guests. Catered for dietary needs.
