The service is outstanding! We came with a group of 14 hungry teenagers. The waiter took everyone's order with their specific choice of topping, with such patience. Some of the girls kept changing their chosen item, and the waiter was so nice about it. Once the order was placed, it didn't take long for the food to arrive. The food was outstanding delicious! All the portions were really big sized and plated so nicely. They even gave us containers to pack up the leftovers cups with lids for drinks. I recently visited Mikes Burgers with my daughter and we were blown away by the unbelievable service. The burgers were not just delicious, but they literally melted in my mouth with each bite. I must say I was incredibly pleasantly surprised with my meal here. The staff was pleasant and understanding, the food came out extremely quickly and was cooked properly, and the portions felt quite fair for the price. Our server Jorge was attentive but not overbearing, and made us feel better than a certain French steakhouse in midtown Manhattan.
The restaurant was extremely busy when we came but we did not need to wait long for a table and the food arrived quickly. Everything we ordered was delicious and fresh. Great food and great service!
