Donuts are good. Breakfast sandwiches are 7 11 quality. Coffee is terrible hot and iced tastes like dirt. The cashier who is there most of the time is rude, impatient, always on her phone, and never wears her mask. The other staff there always seem friendly but unfortunately the cashier is the one you have to deal with. I've given it a few tries understanding that people have off days, but I have decided I will not be back.
I typically order the cold brew with cream when I visit Mike's Donuts. While it's not outstanding, it gets the job done, even though it can be a bit watery. The medium size costs $4.25, which feels a bit pricey. I'd recommend checking your change, as I've noticed they've mistakenly given me the wrong amount a few times, and my boyfriend has had the same experience.
I used to love getting my coffee from Mike's Donuts because it tasted amazing. However, I recently noticed an employee with her mask pulled down, touching her mouth and face with her bare hands, which was really unsettling. The fact that they never wear gloves made me uncomfortable about her potentially handling my coffee lid with unclean hands.

Mikes Donuts in Forest Hills Train Station is a rip off. They are over pricing their Coffee, I went in this morning before work and purchased a small coffee. They charged me $2.10. Never again will shop there. Hey
The women serving coffee and donuts are wonderful! They always greet me with a friendly smile. Today, I savored a delicious lemon donut and coffee while enjoying a walk in the nearby Arnold Arboretum.
Mike's Donuts is an excellent spot to grab a donut or cookie, and the staff is friendly, especially if you're a regular. Just don’t expect a Starbucks experience! Their menu speaks for itself.
