Milano Bean Cafe in East Islip is fantastic! I love sitting there with my cappuccino and getting some work done. The atmosphere is very cozy and the owners and staff are always friendly. The baked goods are delicious, sourced mostly from their bakery in the City. This family-owned business is amazing! I am thrilled to hear that Milano Bean will be opening a larger location in Bay Shore soon. Owners Tiger and Jozet are wonderful people who truly care about the community. Stumbled upon this beautiful cafe while running errands. I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome. Being my first time at Milano Bean I was unsure of what to order! The friendly barista provided some excellent recommendations and was off to enjoy a tasty latte! Being a coffee addict I often frequent various cafe’s and shops. Pricing at milano was extremely reasonable, as the same latte at other cafes is nearly $2 more! Highly recommend!!!
The best part about this place is the atmosphere. It's beautifully designed. The food/beverages are pretty good. Though I'd like to see the names of each item, which they do not do. Went for a real coffee while visiting LI for a soccer tournament. Wife who is hard to please said “he made my coffee perfectly”. Owner gave me a free shot of nitro cold brew and I don’t plan on sleeping for 2 days lol. Really great spot for really great coffee. Wish I lived closer! Service: Take out Price per person: $1–10

Very cute place and our barista was very nice, however it was probably one of the worst lattes I’ve ever had. I had to dump it out unfortunately. The donuts were also very dry. It was our first time there and I don’t think I’d come back. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
