have eaten here for years because their pizza was good with good quality smooth cheese. Now, I hope today's order was a one-off due to the pandemic, because it is very clear that it uses a low-quality cheese more like discount pizzas. the tomatenpizze of my wife also had no tomato on it. please use the good cheese that moves forward, otherwise their expensive pizza is no longer worth it.
When this place first opened it was great. Now the food is disgusting. They always over cook their pizza and blame their ovens. It has been years of bad pizza. They have got new ovens but sadly the pizza is still horrible. I have...given this place wayyyyyy too many chances. No more. We will never eat their again. Stay away.
Delivery time took HOUR and MINUTES longer than the said delivery time of minutes! Needless to say, the food was cold, and tasted like something I would not even give to my dog. VERY DISSAPOINTING. No discount was offered when we asked,...called back times to make sure they didn't forget about us. NEVER AGAIN!
we ordered their pizzas delivered to a party since they were the closest place and were simply knocked out by the taste. beautiful sose, great paprika, but best was the quality of the cheese, as this is where most pizzas fall apart. these youngs obviously use phenomenal ingredients and it shows. we have been patrons of milano, both in carleton place and in canata for years. They know what they will get: a pizza with generous and tasteful toppings. a very busy place at the weekend, they have up to an hour waiting time, so plan ahead.
One of our favorites for take-out pizza, they have a topping deal that is great if there isn't a pizza on the menu that has your favorite toppings. The staff have always been nice.
