The restaurant looked almost booked online but was very quiet when we arrived (6:30pm on a Tuesday). Atmosphere was not lively or fun we were sat in the back area and it was actually really quiet which felt awkward. The service was fine, but the food was below expectations. We ordered several rolls and felt the fish was only average on all four rolls. We would not return.
When we arrived, they had no record of our reservation from Open Table. Then, when I showed our confirmation , they did a good job in trying to get us seated although the restaurant was very full. What do you think happened that they had no record of our reservation?

We have already tried other providers, but Milano is tastefully best. The delivery staff is always friendly. 5 stars
Food was fine but uninspired. Good for getting your Japanese food fix if you're not expecting anything special.
I’ve been to better Sushi places in the City. The food is ok, but nothing outstanding. Service was slow.
I ordered a pizza and it quickly came the taste was great and the temperature I can only recommend Book a table now
Prices online were significantly cheaper than the menu prices at the restaurant.
