Kingston Location February 11th, around 6:30PM. Amazing customer service and food, what a spectacular experience! Our waitress Taylor, was the kindest waitress we have ever had by far! She was efficient, quick, funny, and went above her job description in being VERY kind to us. She mentioned they were short staffed when I said I couldn't believe how much everyone was running around, and you would have never known it by how friendly the staff was and how quickly things were moving! We wanted to go out for a family dinner and asked we could have a booth, which we were given. The manager came and introduced himself and did check ins throughout our time. Our waiter did forget to put in our apps but our mains were quick. I got the ravioli, my husband their surf and terf and our kids had steak and their sides. At the end of my husband's meal there was a slight issue with a hair but the manager swiftly apologized, investigated and told us desserts were on the house as well as that meal. We truly did appreciate all the help and kindness we received (we never like being the complainers) and can't wait to try in the summer!
Went for a snack and a couple of Stella's. Michael was our waiter and he was great. Spinach dip and chicken bites came out hot and were delicious. The venue itself was great...nice old stone walls, very airy and bright at the front. I always liked Milestones and this experience did not disappoint!
Milestones provided a very pleasant experience for me and my friends. We were seated immediately on the patio and had a very friendly and efficient server. Our food was brought out quickly and tasted delicious. Overall great experience and I will definitely be returning.
