It was a very nice evening. The food is good and you can really relax. There are different tapas to choose from. The cheeses on the cheese plate as dessert are well chosen and are completely sufficient for 3 persons. All in all a beautiful concept. I would also like to commend the operation which has taken the operation and the concept of services behind it very seriously, such people who carry out their profession in this way, and is more and more rare. The tapas were middle class. Nothing special. But making tapas is not a world class kitchen, but a 5 star event. I expected more. The beer was warm. My wife ordered a 7 euro glass of wine and it was warm. The waitress offered to give ice cubes to the wine. I'm speechless. The coffee machine was out of operation, so no cappuccino. The service staff sat at a table full of friends and gave no attention to our table. Empty glasses. Full ashtray. Was here for the first time as we loved Spanish food and were so happy that Eppstein now has a tapas bar. End result our first time and definitely our last time. Stay home. Don't waste your money.
Once and never again, very aggressive operation that has missed its profession, food was not good, warm drinks, much not there what is on the map, ambience totally lacking, no music .... We have been there more often and have always been very satisfied. The staff was very nice, the tapas very delicious. We always enjoyed evenings on the terrace of the castle lounge and like to come back.
This will be my new favorite tapas bar, the food tastes excellent and the service was incredibly nice. Thank you for the nice evening with you.
