I was quite disappointed with my recent experience at the Ale House. My waiter appeared completely indifferent to serving me, which was surprising given his role. After asking him multiple times for the same item, he finally returned to the table and exclaimed loudly, "IS THAT ALL????" It seemed like the simple act of walking 15 steps to the kitchen was a huge burden for him. And no, that wasn’t all I wanted—especially after waiting 30 minutes for a side of parmesan and a clean cup that unfortunately had red lipstick stains on it.

Ale House on Kirkman Rd in Orlando has become my go-to spot whenever I'm in the area. The restaurant itself is beautiful and impeccably clean, with a fantastic atmosphere. I visited for dinner and was warmly welcomed by a friendly hostess named Sarah, who promptly seated us and ensured we were comfortable throughout our meal. Our server for the evening was Shane, who was equally impressive. He patiently took our orders and provided helpful suggestions. Both Shane and Sarah were incredibly attentive, making sure we were satisfied with everything. I highly recommend this location; they will make you feel right at home. The food is delicious and incredibly flavorful—you won't be disappointed!
The ambiance of the restaurant is excellent. However, I should point out that the largest tables can only seat up to six guests, which was disappointing for our party of nine as we couldn't all sit together. Instead, we were seated at nearby tables, which didn't quite offer the same experience. On the bright side, our server Amanda was outstanding—she was both friendly and attentive during our meal. The food was delightful; I ordered the calamari, and even though I wasn't very hungry, it was incredibly tender and tasty.
I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at Millers Ale House because it was truly wonderful. Sarah, the hostess, was incredibly sweet and welcoming. She greeted me with a smile and seated me immediately. My server, Shane, was very patient while I placed my order and made some great suggestions from the menu. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area; it’s clean and comfortable. The food was amazing and reasonably priced.

I visited this restaurant on October 17th for lunch. The sign indicated that the air conditioning was being serviced, so we opted to sit on the enclosed patio, which turned out to be quite comfortable. We ordered the Mountain Melt and side salads. The side salads were quite generous, just like the Mountain Melt itself. The prices are very reasonable. I would give it 4 stars due to the wait time for service and the bill, though.
I've visited the Ale House many times over the years, and I'm not sure what has changed, but they have significantly improved (not that I had any complaints before). It's truly a pleasure when a restaurant surpasses your expectations. The server was fantastic during both of our visits on this trip. The food was excellent across all four dishes my wife and I ordered. Prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was comfortable.
Overall, everything was quite enjoyable. I believe the location plays a significant role in a restaurant's success, and this one is situated in a lovely area. The majority of the people were friendly, and everyone seemed pleased with their meals. Our server was also very pleasant. I don't have anything negative to say about the experience.
Our favorite spot to go before seeing bands at the hard rock. Always has good drinks and the food is pretty good too. Managers were spot on last visit. Bar order took forever and they apologized, comped our drinks and brought us an appetizer too!

Everything good as would expect. Friendly atmosphere. The manager on duty very helpful as well as bar staff. Walking distance from the Fairfield Marriot where we were staying as well as other hotels.
