Terrible experience! Everything looked great at first glance. Our server, Victoria, took our order for rainbow cookies, cannolis, a lobster claw, and a whole rye bread. I've loved Miller's rainbow cookies for years, so I was shocked when I opened the box in the car—the cookies were a complete mess. The layers were all separated, and jam was everywhere. Very disappointing. The cannolis were soggy, as if they had been sitting for a day; the shells lacked any crunch and felt more like cake or bread. The lobster claw was soggy and underwhelming as well. Their bread slicer must be broken because one slice was as big as three. The staff clearly needs better training on serving customers.
