The Millers Inn was a regular on my places to eat list for several years. About a year ago the hotel changed hands, at first nothing changed, but after a month or so things started to slide. The meal portions got smaller, the feel of the bistro changed from a happy friendly place to a cooler, more impersonal, venue. I decided to give it a miss for several months and tonight we ventured back to see if had improved. Sadly not, I had a lamb roast, I think it would be better described as lamb fat with bits of meat, the accompanying green veg looked and tasted like it had been sitting in water for several hours, slimy and tasteless. My wife had the Chicken Pama with Chips and salad, I can report...
Went with Canadian relatives tonight. Was so embarrassed . The oysters had a black residue on the shells , tasted terrible and possibly dangerous. Unfortunately had 1 . Nobody liked their food I thought if you went to a restaurant and paid for food, it was supposed to be reasonable at least. We stood up and moved a few meters from our table to take a family photo , only to discover our drinks gone in less than 3 minutes???Another example of a money only orientated Pokies Pub
Absolutely fresh and mouth watering. Hubby and daughter shared the fettuccine cabonara and I had the lemon pepper calamari. Wow beautiful soft calamari I ever had. Very friendly staff and a very nice clean atmosphere doesn't feel like a pub. Toilets are spotless. Great job guys will definitely be back and recommend to all. Easy parking and you feel like family and not a customer.
We enjoyed our meals in the Bistro restaurant. The Monday night steak special was suburb and great value at $15. Cooked to perfection. We also took the family to the Sunday carvery. Choice of 3 meats, chicken, lamb or pork with roast veges and apple crumble dessert. $15. Everyone enjoyed the meal. We will bring the family again on our next visit

Had not been here for over 12 months and will probably never go again! What a dive this place has taken....long wait , Cold food , average quality of food . Non welcoming atmosphere , staff were like non existent , we did not get one hello!
Visited with family on a Wednesday night for dinner.Service - poorValue - poorQuality - poorTo be fair a couple of the 13 meals that came out were edible.But in all honesty this visit was close to one of the worst ever.
Had a meal about a couple of weeks age here the food was terrific and the service is wonderful the staff here are wonderful and a very nice atmosphere everything we had was fresh and beautiful and we will come again.

Just went there for Coffee There were plenty of locals there and our order for seven coffees was filled promptly.
If you're going to visit the Jolly Miller cafe make sure you come hungryThe portions are huge.
