Edit(11/9/23)...... Return today for breakfast after an eye appointment,.. Don't know why it took this long but whatever tiny problems last year's visit,.. there were none today. Still a clean quaint diner style establishment. Great food. Great service. Great price but some really unique things not expected. Raw honey available not corn syrup with a percent of honey. The homemade strawberry peach jelly/ jam should be called a salsa because there was nice chunks of fruit in each one. Amazing! Both the wife and I had our eggs cooked exactly the way we wanted and ordered. The amount of goetta that you got was amazing. My wife was tickled !!!! What a gem hidden in small town America! The homemade cuisine here is fabulous, from the cornbread to the cole slaw to the pan-fried chicken. The tasteful dining room and the helpful, friendly server also added to the warm, memorable dining experience. Definitely worth stopping by!
Great place to get a good meal and chat with some real folks. Always a story and a smile on the lips of the folks dining here. I always visiting!
