After placing my order with the owner, I tapped my card and he did not give me a receipt, and I got a funny feeling, so I asked for one. He obliged and said he emailed it via the POS system. We’ve been going to Milo’s since it first opened in the neighborhood, and the food is consistently exceptional year after year. The owner, Milo, is a warm person who treats people who come into his restaurant like dear friends. This is a true neighborhood gem and worth the trip if you don’t live in the area. We had an amazing experience at this restaurant after spending time at the Budlong Library with my son, wife, and mother-in-law. We ordered pita, hummus, shawarma, and baklava, and everything was incredibly delicious. The hummus was wonderfully smooth, and the falafel tasted exceptionally fresh. The parking lot made it convenient for us, and we will definitely return the next time we visit the library. Food: 5/5.

If I could, I would eat here at least 2-3 times a week. Food here took me back to a few restaurants in Europe, where the beef was tender, fresh, and good quality meat. The flavor of the meat just hits differently and i keep coming back. The service is just as great as the food being served and the mellow ambient music-makes the experience an even better one to sit down, unwind, and enjoy goodness.
This is the best Mediterranean food in Chicago! The dishes are consistently fresh and delicious, and the gentleman I believe is the owner is incredibly nice and personable. I absolutely love this restaurant, and it will definitely be a go-to for me! Food: 5/5
Haven't been disappointed yet. Good food. Nice portions. Friendly service. Last time I had 3 way combo with beef shawarma Jetta kabob and beef kabob with side of tabbouleh salad. More than enough to share with others....but didn't.
