eating was decent in view of the price we paid. the service was terrible. from the beginning we could say that our waitress was preoccupied. an evening meal for two, on a slow Friday night, lasted 2 hours with big gaps between any attention. several paintings we saw them sitting 3-4 tables down and chatting with friends while we sat with empty tellers and water glasses on 10-15 minutes. to round it off, we ordered a cast iron cookie dessert based on Rave reviews, and it came cold, which was very disappointing. we've called out for our experience before dessert. we should have just left.
we ate here last year ago our annual trip to the goodhrie for a christmas carol. Obviously we came back because it was good for the first time, but we were so pleasantly surprised how much better it was this time. it was a whole new menu this year, and it was fantastic. we ordered something completely different, and then we shared the bite together. the consensual was that there was no bad bite throughout the meal. the service was friendly, attentive and understanding our time constraints as we had tickets for a show. highly recommended!
We came with no expectations and were thoroughly impressed with the setting, staff, and food! We loved the roomy booth, the best wild rice soup I think I have ever had, and no loud music so we could visit with our party of 4. It was a short walk to the Guthrie and we were able to leave our car parked at restaurant with the voucher for parking. Wow!
Food amazing, comfortable table, we enjoyed the atmosphere, food and drinks, Our server however ignored us, did not smile at all and clearly did not want to serve us. The hostess cleared our table , served our dessert and coffee A-PLUS EXPERIENCE except our waitress

Service was very good for an early NY Eve dinner. But the food was very average, prices were the “new norm” (ie, high) making for a so-so value. A fine, pleasant place if you’re staying at the hotel, but not destination dining.
Ate on the patio, restaurant felt cold and uninviting. Food is good, flat breads and Mediterranean appetizer was delicious. Fun cocktails. Great staff, efficient and helpful.
I enjoyed my dinner at Milwaukee Road restaurant. The server was attentive and pleasant. the food was delicious.
It worked out great, parking, eating , and going to the us bank. Would do the same thing again
