I had a delightful experience at this restaurant with a group of ten. We made our reservation about a week and a half in advance, and everything went smoothly! There was ample parking, a vast selection of dishes on the menu, and the servers were very friendly. The prices were reasonable. I ordered a side of French onion soup, which was delicious! However, the true highlight was the French toast! It tasted like a blend of French toast and a cinnamon roll, and it was absolutely amazing! It is quite sweet, which I personally enjoy, so it was perfect for me. I would definitely return just for that! This place is a gem in Monorovia! I was going to another breakfast spot that had a line and just happened to see this place just across the street. I was so pleasantly suprised! Friendly, warm greeting, spacious bar for quick seating, and Kevin was an amazing server. Food came out hot and delicious. They serve breakfast all day! I had the malted waffles, but the breakfast menu was extensive. It has a very local, family friendly feeling, but with great efficiency. The manager, Romero took the time to greet me personally. Post COVID customer service has been story lacking, but not at this place. Gracious, kind and pleasant with amazing food. Absolutely, recommend!
This is an excellent spot for breakfast or lunch! The staff are consistently friendly and provide outstanding customer service. I'm always satisfied with whatever I order from the menu; everything is served hot and tastes delicious. The atmosphere is perfect for families and couples, making it very kid-friendly. I love stopping by for breakfast whenever I'm nearby. Be sure to try their blueberry crumble muffins – they’re my favorite!
Me and my wife we’re looking for breakfast and we came to Mimi’s for the first time and we were not disappointed. Our server Kevin was attentive and he always refilled our coffee to the top. I had a salmon Benedict and my wife had the bacon Avocado omelette which were both delicious. I would recommend coming here for excellent quick service and great food.

Whenever I visit my sister, she always takes me to Mimi's Cafe. We really appreciate the atmosphere there. The menu offers a wide variety of options, and I particularly love the turkey dinner! My sister is a huge fan of the Belgian waffles with strawberries. We cherish the time we spend together and the memories we create at Mimi's Cafe!
The service was nice but that's about all we enjoyed. The menu seems outdated and in desperate need of an update. My husband got the stuffed french toast and the portion was about half the size of the item pictured. I got the french toast and it was anemic on egg seemed more like flavored toast.
We Mimi's haven't been here in ages. There was no wait to be seated after lunch time. Server is an old timer. I forgot his name. But he was polite, courteous and constantly checking our drinks The food came super hot. We enjoyed the food. I would recommend this place.
The staff is great. I had Quiche Florentine on my last visit and it was a little overbaked. Other breakfasts have been good. My family loves to go for breakfast here. Some work needs to be done in the women's bathroom, repairs. But overall I enjoy going.

The service was wonderful, the waiters were very kind. The waiter named Kevin was patient with my choosing of food from the menu and he was super quick and convenient. My meal was brought warm and tasty.
