I suddenly had an unexpected family emergency and had to leave work, so I called to cancel the salad (which I never do), trying to still do the right thing, instead of just not going to pick it up and not calling. The Spanish guy that answered kept interrupting me not allowing me to explain and was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was never so insulted. The owner is still the same, but they’ve hired new employees who can’t even spell Jefferson correctly. I thought I had the wrong number, so I googled it and called again. This time, a guy answered in English but then left me on hold, so I just hung up. I hope the owner reads these reviews. The pizza isn’t the same anymore. Last time I visited, the owner was there too, but unfortunately, I don’t have his number to contact him. He definitely needs to train the new staff better. I understand that not everyone speaks English well—my husband struggles with it too—but they shouldn’t be answering the phone without proper training. Like call centers, practice is essential. I was quite disappointed with the taste and quality of the food. I've been a fan of this pizzeria for over 30 years, and I can't help but wonder if the owner is still the one preparing the pizzas and dishes. If there is a new owner, it certainly doesn't justify the price to dine here anymore.
Had to wait an hour for a large pie but let me tell you it was well worth the wait! Poor guy was making everything himself on a Friday night so obviously he was a little backed up.. will def be ordering from here again! can't wait to try the pasta

They've been here for more than 23 years and was across the street for another 16 years. The owner was very nice and chatted with me for a bit. Pizza was very good. The inside reminds me of old school queens pizzeria. I hope they never change it.
This is one of my favorite pizza places in Queens! The Sicilian pizza is so filling and the spaghetti is really delicious! Did I mention the meatballs are huge? The guys who work here are really friendly and the food gets made pretty quickly.
New owners, and a totally new, updated menu. The variety of slices and toppings is excellent, and the people behind the counter try to make sure you enjoy the experience. The pizza is on point!
