It was a sunny day and the outside tables were taken. Inside there was plenty of room to find a table.Appears to be a family operation with parents behind the counter and the kids serving.Coffee was good and my sister had a light. Real fast that she said was good however 4 pieces of toast was overkill.Located on Stanley Street with several options around this cafe so they do have competition. This cafe is well run and appeals to families.
Lovely little place to go to have breakfast!We have been back three times now.Coffee is good, breakfasts very good. I had the corn fritters, which I love, which came with bacon and avocado and a sweet chilli sauce - totally yum! My husband had a lighter breakfast of raison toast which was thick and crunchy.The welcome is always warm and the daily newspapers appreciated.Highly recommend!
I had some time to spare in the mid-morning, so I decided to stop by this restaurant for a cup of coffee. I was greeted by a fantastic and kind husband and wife team who served me a delicious coffee and cappuccino. It was the perfect pick-me-up! I even took a picture of their menu so I can try some dishes next time I'm in the area. Book a table now
I had a pleasant dining experience at this restaurant, which has a cozy, family-owned atmosphere. The coffee was excellent and the food was decent. The sweet corn fritters were very fresh, although slightly oily. The eggs benedict was quite tasty as well.
What a cozy and relaxing cafe! The fit out of the place is gorgeous and the owners are SO lovely and friendly. The food is great and so fresh. Loveee their coffee too. What an addition to St Ives. It has become my fav local cafe!:
