Miss Celia - Table reservation

I really loved this place. The shrimp and rice is delicious and you get so much of it. My meal started with a very nice soup and coffee. Then my main dish came with plantain chips. Every bite had shrimp in it and the price was really good. The people there are extremely friendly and patient (I don’t speak any Spanish) Eating at seaside was an added bonus
